All pricing & packages at Redwoods River Resort include the basics:

All accommodations on site must be booked for your weekend buyout. You can pre-purchase rooms for guests or pass the cost on to them - room & cabin pricing is not included in of the packages.

  • Resort reserved exclusively for 2 days & 150 guests (the property can accommodate up to 200 people)
  • Campground accommodations (tent & RV sites) *Lodging & cabins must be purchased separately
  • Extended curfew with reception until 12 AM

The Redwood

Through a collaborative worksheet, we assist you in ensuring that family members receive the accommodations you designate. Each member will call in and pay separately for their assigned room. The rest of your guests can enjoy camping, RVing, or glamping through local services. Additionally, any other guests or vendors requiring extra lodging can reserve rooms at nearby hotels. It’s essential to include all offsite guests attending your special event on your worksheet.

A minimum bar spend of $3,000 is required, and all purchases made by guests during your wedding weekend will contribute to this minimum. We offer various options at The Pub to help you reach that minimum, and you may also consider hosting a welcome party upon your guests' arrival or a traditional cocktail hour after your ceremony— these are just a couple of suggestions! Be sure to discuss all available options with your venue coordinator

May - October

The Bigfoot

Introducing our most extensive package, aptly named after the legendary Bigfoot! This option is designed to simplify the planning process for couples by minimizing the need for outside rentals. As part of this package, we provide a wedding planner who specializes in outdoor weddings, particularly at this vast property. They will begin working with you 90 days before your special day, coordinating all the details and creating your timeline. For an additional fee, you can also enlist the wedding planner for partial planning and design services—feel free to inquire about this during your tour!

Through a collaborative worksheet, we ensure that family members receive the accommodations you assign to them. They will call in and pay separately for their assigned rooms. Meanwhile, the rest of your guests can choose to camp, use an RV, or enjoy glamping through local services. Any other guests or vendors needing additional lodging can book at nearby hotels. Please remember to list all offsite guests attending your event on the worksheet.

November - April

The Madrone

For the couple that wants a simple wedding held between the months of November and April. Not all amenities we offer are open during the "winter" months, please review the package carefully!

A $2,000 bar minimum spend is required and all purchases made by guests throughout your wedding weekend go towards the bar minimum spend. We have a variety of options to hit that minimum at The Pub and you may also choose to host a welcome party upon guest arrival or a traditional cocktail hour after your ceremony; those are just a few ideas! Talk with your venue coordinator to cover all options.
