Sometimes you have to give up some modern conveniences to enjoy the wilderness! We use an outside company that provides Wifi, & it is not high-speed, but it's the best our area offers. So if you just want to check some email or social media sites, you should be just fine. We have free wifi on-site, or you can purchase faster WiFi directly from your device. Verizon Wireless & AT&T has some coverage at the campground.
Booking is guaranteed upon receipt of 50% deposit. We accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover. All lodging requires a credit card authorization upon check-in.
We do NOT accept any arrivals prior to Noon for any reason.
At Redwoods River Resort, we value transparency and want to ensure that you are well-informed about our cancellation policy. It allows us to effectively manage our room availability. To protect yourself from potential charges due to cancellations, we recommend considering trip cancellation insurance. Please be aware that this insurance is not included in our room rates and is facilitated through third-party providers. You can purchase it at the time of booking or within 14 days of your booking through Squaremouth.com. This platform offers options such as "CFAR" (Cancel For Any Reason) Insurance, which can reimburse up to 75% of your trip cost.

FLEX RATE: Reservations can be canceled or changed at no cost up to 72 hours before arrival. Within 72 hours, the standard cancellation policy applies.All NO SHOWS forfeit the deposit (100% for a 1-night reservation and 50% of the stay for reservations longer than 1 night).
Payment Terms:
All balances are due in full at check-in. Discounts for seniors (62 & over), AAA members, and Military personnel are applied upon check-in. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover but do not accept American Express cards.
Third-Party Reservations:
Guests who have made reservations through online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals should contact their booking provider directly for information on changing or canceling a reservation. Any changes must be processed through the third-party agent.
For your convenience, we have installed garbage center’s throughout the park (see map for locations). Due to animals and birds around the park, please make sure that you bag your garbage before placing it in the cans and that the garbage centers’ lid is closed.
DO NOT LEAVE GARBAGE AT YOUR SITE
Now you can join us in preserving the beauty of this environment. We have placed five recycling centers throughout the park. Yes we recycle cardboard too, so leave yours next to the recycling center.
