Corporate Events

This is truly a one-of-a-kind venue where you can spend quality time with your guests in the beauty of the majestic redwoods. There are lots of outdoor activities to keep your guests busy and having fun. There are also two hiking trails to the Eel River for exploring and fishing (depending on season).

Renting out the entire park gives you and your guests a unique experience that they will never forget!  Due to the nature of our venue, you'd have to rent the entire resort for a 50+ person wedding during these months. All prices include a two-night stay at the resort for up to 200 guests. This allows you to have the resort exclusively for you and your family and friends. This also allows for extended curfew, reception until 12 AM and private access to the pub.

A full buyout for any two days is $22,000 Included in this package are ALL lodging and camping for a two-night stay. The lodging on site can accommodate up to 69 people. The remainder of your guests can camp, RV, or glamp using local services.

A full weekend buyout of the campground is $15,500 and your guests pay for their lodging separately. Included in this package is full access to the resort for all your guests. Guests wanting to stay in the lodging can book with us directly. We work with you to make sure family members get the accommodations that you desire. For other guests that want to stay in lodging, we have local hotel accommodations we can recommend nearby.  

A $2,000 bar minimum spend is required. We have a variety of options to hit that minimum. You can choose a "Meet and Greet" cocktail & hors d'oeuvre welcome party upon guest arrival or a traditional cocktail hour for your guests after your ceremony. Those are just a few ideas. See the catering menu for pricing and ideas. Your guest's purchases at the Pub will also count towards your minimum requirement.

You'd also have access to all our amenities included in the Off- Season package:

  • Wedding Arbor
  • Clubhouse-- contains full kitchen and can seat 50 people for indoor dinner
  • 80 white folding chairs
  • 8- 5' round tables-- can seat up to 10 people per table
  • 5- 8' tables for food supplies
  • 2 - 6' tables
  • Group BBQ
  • Use of all recreational equipment

Additional Add On's

  • Karaoke equipment (run by our staff) - $50 per hour
  • Portable PA system - $50
  • Silent Disco Equipment - $8 per headphone + $50 an hour for DJ-- 2 hour minimum
  • String Lights - $75 per hour for setup
  • Pop-up Tents - $25-$50 *varies by size
